(Senior) Sales

As a (Senior) Sales, you will be a cornerstone of our ambitious growth strategy, responsible for unlocking new opportunities and fostering strategic relationships with high-end clients.  

You will have the following responsibilities

  • Lead the effort to generate leads, drive sales, and develop a high-quality pipeline of new clients  
  • Proactively seek and cultivate new business opportunities across Europe and other potential markets 
  • Play a key role in driving the firm's top-line growth by executing a best-in-class business development strategy 
  • Consistently outperform market benchmarks, delivering significant sales growth in line with company objectives and ensure profitability by developing sustainable revenue streams that align with the company’s strategic goals 
  • Manage every phase of the sales cycle, from initial engagement to closing complex, high-value deals with precision 
  • Ensure all sales activities are compliant with relevant regulations, especially in Liechtenstein and across Europe, and oversee the implementation of necessary changes 

What you bring along

  • Higher education in Banking, Business Administration, or equivalent professional experience 
  • Deep understanding of cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology, with established connections within the crypto community—ideally with an existing client book 
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales within Financial Services or the Technology sector 
  • Strong familiarity with regulatory frameworks governing sales activities in Liechtenstein and Europe 
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets and contribute to top-line growth 
  • Strong commercial acumen with a holistic approach to identifying and addressing client needs 
  •  Excellent interpersonal, decision-making, and communication skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels 
  • Strong analytical capabilities to identify emerging market trends and capitalize on new opportunities 
  • Fluency in both German and English is required; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous
